FAQ's
What do I have to do each pay
period?
A. All you have to do is to provide us with the hours or
gross pay amounts for each of your employees. Most employers do
this by faxing the information to us, along with copies of Form
W-4 for new hires, and any other pay or deduction change
information necessary. Other employers will telephone their
information, and some provide it by e-mail. We will prepare your
payroll and all required reports and tax returns, and call you
when it is completed.

How
do I receive my pay checks from your business?
A. Many employers pick up their checks and
reports from our office. Others make arrangements for us to
transmit this information to their office by U.S. Mail or by
courier. To eliminate the need to pick up checks, some employers
have encouraged their employees to allow their payroll to be
directly deposited into their bank accounts each payday. Debit
card payrolls are also becoming popular, whereby each employee
receives a debit card which is electronically refilled each
payday.

prefer to know ahead of time how much their professional services

a lot of a la carte charges for needed services. Our
processing fee schedule is available by clicking here.
This fee includes the preparation and filing of all required
monthly, quarterly, and annual tax forms (including W-2's).
