Payroll Fee Schedule

Find the number of employees you pay to determine your fee.  If the number

of employees you pay varies each period, so will your fee.  These fees are

based on weekly payroll.  Bi-weekly and semi-monthly add $7.00 per

payroll.  Delivery is not included.

If you would like to make direct deposit available to your employees, please add the appropriate amount to your fee:

For the first 5 direct deposit transactions - $2.00 each.

For each additional direct deposit transaction - $1.00 each.

  • Same Day Service - Payroll information received by Certified Payroll Associates by 2:00 PM EDT will be processed the same day.

  • Preparation and filing of all required monthly, quarterly, and annual tax forms, including W-2's.
